    I made this recipe yesterday–it was amazing!!! Instead of the digestive biscuits I used almond flour for the crust to make it gluten-free. It was absolutely delicious!

    Thanks for posting. I'll try it Quince instead of pinaple. These have to be cooked for before crashing for an good 20 minutes I guess. 🙂

    I am wondering the same thing, maybe a small curd cottage cheese or cream cheese? I am not a fan of the taste ricotta has.
