Could you please also put the amount of ingredients that you used in this video. Because the website recipe serves a group of 4 or 5 people as you mentioned, and i'd also like to make it for 2 people.

I don't understand, if I go to http://www.laurainthekitchen.com/recipes/ricotta-pancakes/ it says I need to use 4 eggs, but in the video the yolks are clearly two…or did I miss the other two?

You mentioned that these pancakes are like the pancake form of an italian cheesecake, my husband had wanted me to make an Italian cheesecake forever but I haven't found a good recipe yet, can you do one? He loved these pancakes!
