    When I make meringues, I don't use cream of tartar or lemon juice, I have to do it by hand, and my oven is rubbish so they always collapse on themselves. Any advice for this?

    The oven is preheated to 250 degree Celsius or Fahrenheit?? As if it is 250 celsius wont it be burnt? Since it has to be in the oven for 1h35min

    If i have only 1 pan that fills up only half of the batter, can i bake that first? then take that out and do the 2nd batter?

    On my pumpkin spices container, the ingredients are : Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Allspices, cloves and sulphites.
    Now.. if you mix a little of all that, you end up with pumpkin spices. As little or as much of those as you'd like I'd say….

    My guess is.. you made them smaller, and they over baked. Try bigger size cookies perhaps.

    It didn't come out well. The color was lil dark. More of a golden brown color . What did I do wrong ?? Hmm might try it again.
