PROTEIN Banana Bread Recipe! (Low calorie/Nuts optional)

Here is the recipe:

90g Rolled Oats (1.25 cups) turned into Oat Flour (90g)
90g Protein Powder (Vanilla or Banana)
½ Cup Sweetener
2oz Nuts (Pecan, Walnut, Almond, etc or don’t use nuts)
3 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
3 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Large Egg Whites
4oz Unsweetened Apple Sauce
3 Medium Bananas
¼ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk substitute)

Mix your dry ingredients in one bowl and your wet ingredients in another bowl. Use a mixer/blender/whisk to mix together the wet ingredients. Slowly add in the dry ingredients. Spray a 9” bread dish with non-stick cooking spray and then throw it in the oven on 350 for around 35:00-40:00. Let cool. Cut into 8 pieces and devour!

Tips: Use fat free whip cream/cool whip/cream cheese/peanut butter/fruit to top it
Add in chocolate/peanut butter chips or anything else to the recipe
Be sure not to overcook it!

    OK Derek we need to talk! I made this recipe over the holidays (Christmas 2015). You have single-handedly RUINED MY CHIRSTMAS! WHY? I'LL TELL YOU WHY? THIS BANANA BREAD IS SO FREAKIN' GOOD EVERY TIME I SHOWED UP WITH ONE PEOPLE DEMANDED. NOT ASKED! D-E-M-A-N-D-E-D!! I BAKE ANOTHER ONE. I made this recipe SIX TIMES over the holidays! ARGH!!!  I WAS ALWAYS SLAVING OVER A HOT LOAF PAN I DIDN'T GET TO ENJOY CHRISTMAS UNTIL CHRISTMAS DAY!!*insert angry monkey pointing finger here*Furthermore, and when I told them it was high protein they didn't believe me. Now I cheated a little and used sweetened apple sauce, honey, five bananas, and pecans but MAN THIS WAS GOOD! When I was finally able to get a piece of this I was even shocked how good it was. You know its good when five year old kids want this banana bread instead of cake! Well done Derek! Well done!

    I didn't have baking powder, used a bit extra baking soda, it didn't quite expand like yours did though lol it's more like banana cake right now

    Can they be the 1 min. oats?
     I just bought some real cinnamon a few days ago, it's so much more money that the stuff they say call cinnamon from the markets, it really much better for  your health  then the  cheap stuff,  I was curious, so I googled  information about cinnamon and thats how I found out the difference. That one doesn't really do anything for our health, see how they try to fool us.

    Absolutely love these easy and beautiful recipies.
    But I am a bit worried about the products that are "artificial" in lack of a better word.
    Like vanilla ekstract instead of actual vanilla, and the cooking spray, which must be some kind of non-natural fat.

    I love these recipies, but was wondering about the engredients that are not natural. Is there a substitude for this, or would it ruin the purpose?
