    Nice vid, but I also use milk chocolate with the white and several drops of peppermint oil.

    Some people put peppermint extract in this….I think that might be too overpowering. What do you think? I want to make this for Christmas and I am worried about that one ingredient ruining it. Yours looks great by the way!

    Can you melt the chocolate on the stove? And what temperature do you need to melt the chocolate in the microwave.

    I crunch the candy into a dust, so no hard chunks are left. it gives it the right flavor without breaking fillings. Also, a peppermint bark is always better than a Hillary Clinton bark!

    I love making this with any leftover candy canes after Christmas time. Just a simple way for me to use up all the candy canes I will surely have haha 😀

    Most recipes for peppermint bark involve stacking the white chocolate with peppermint on a layer of milk/dark chocolate. You do this by melting the black chocolate, spreading it out, putting it in the freezer for 10-20 minutes, then pouring your layer of melted white chocolate with peppermints on top. Freeze it again, let it set, then cut it up into bark.
