    I just made these. I did decide to cook the filling because some of my peaches were not as ripe as others. I ended up adding a little vanilla, and some brown sugar. However!!! I made your crust with the cream cheese! Oh MY GOSH! Well, I screwed up and put the cream cheese in the freezer…don't do that. It got hard. I just put shortening and butter back in and let the cream cheese get a little softer than proceeded. The crust is flaky and crispy, sweet and just all over delicious. This will be my go to crust from now on!! Thank you!

    Not sure if you know by now…but those blue tabs on the sides of the wrap are to hold the tub in place…same for the foil paper! Xoxo

    Hi Laura, how soft should the peaches be for this recipe? And did you peel them with a peeler or by blanching in hot water followed by an ice water bath?

    your hard time with the cling film can be solved if you push in the tabs on the sides the little blue ones …..then the roll won't want to fall out of the box … = )
