    I use milk over half n half, I use milk and heavy cream all the time. It still comes out the same.

    Your website for ingredients and measures is very counter-intuitive and requires a significant amount of "trial and error" to find the desired recipe.  A decent web-master should be able to provide a search window, which would be a great help for people who are in a hurry and not just browsing.
