Oven Baked Fish Nuggets is a healthier alternative to the deep fried fish snacks that kids love. Fish pieces are dusted with seasoned flour, dipped in an egg wash and lightly crumbed in crushed cornflakes. Lightly baked until golden and crunchy these little nuggets will be an instant hit – give it a go!

Awesome recipe thank you. I added a little bit of lemon juice to the egg mixture to elevate the flavor a bit :)

Great recipe! Just a tip–when breading ingredients, it's a lot less messy if you use one hand to dip into the dry ingredients, the other hand for the wet. I've tried it and it really helps.

It is the cholesterol. It's all in the yolk, none in the egg white. 🙂

Were you find pepper and salt its usually down the same isle as dry ingredients like flour etc. There should be a row of spices and it will be hidden there you may see garlic salt which is the same but you need to cut down on the salt you add when using it.

The yolk contains all the fat of an egg. That's why athletes are afraid of them.

Egg yolks contain all of the nutrients too though. After all it's what feeds the developing embryo.

    with the spices, dryed spices.

    June 21, 2016 at 8:14 pm

egg yolks are pretty much just fat (they do taste delicious though)

Egg Yolk is just fat. Although our bodies do require fat, athletes and people trying to get back into shape can find healthier fats in stuff such as avocados.

Egg whites is pure protein and most "diets" usually focus on protein being the main source of food with other stuff being made around that.

It really depends on what your fitness goal is. Foods that you eat will change depending on what you're trying to achieve; Toning, weight gain, bulk, agility, etc..

No idea, I'm not an athlete! I think it's something to do with cholesterol 😉
