I love real, hearty, warming cooking like this, especially on cold Wintry nights. I'd change the Choritzo for Panchetta, use mixed dried herbs as it has all the stuff you've added (for convenience really), ground pepper, keep the seeds in the chilli and use 3 chopped ones, also I'd add skinned chopped potatoes. Serve with pasta or cous cous. Done. ๐Ÿ™‚

These are recipes that you'd actually cook!! I leave the finesse/elegance food for when I go to restaurants or I have ppl over… but on a normal day? this is great!!

Not everyone wants a 2cm by 2cm piece of steak with a fancy leaf on top for a meal.

Doesn't matter. He's all about the kind of cooking that normal people can do, daily. Not everyone is like Gordon Ramsay, you know.

    That looks great, NakedChef . . . I specialize in "one-pot" meals! ๐Ÿ™‚

If you wanted to thicken it a bit, you could also add some "5 min rice" to the pot. That would absorb some of the juices, and make it thicker, without losing any volume.

Thanks so much for your great videos!

    All best, Jersey Joe ๐Ÿ™‚

I make lots of one pot meals because I hate washing up lots of utensils. Saves time and hot water. Good recipe.

The problem I have with my cooker is that with regards to the heat, it's either off, or on full blast. The temp controls seem to make absolutely no difference!
