My super simple One Pot Chicken and Vegetables is the kind of easy, comforting, home style dish that’s perfect to throw together after a long, busy day. Brown some chicken, toss in some veggies and simmer until done! No complicated prep work. No hard to find ingredients. Just simple, wholesome food that lets the natural flavours of the ingredients shine – Try it today 🙂
Ingredients:
8 Chicken Thigh Fillets (or any chicken pieces such as breasts, drumsticks, wings etc)
1 Large Brown Onion
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Garlic
2 Cups of Frozen Peas
3 Large Carrots
8 Baby Potatoes (aka Chat Potatoes)
4 Cups (1 Litre) of Liquid Chicken Stock
2 Tablespoons of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 40 minutes approx.
