    I made this about 3 times, and every time the nutella got hard. No need to throw it away. I just roll it up in little balls and drop it in the semifreddo. So, it's nutella chip semifreddo instead of nutella swirl. So good!!! Thanks Laura.

    clean off your vanilla bean paste where the lid goes everytime you use it, then it wont be so hard to open :D
