    Thank you! I am JUST like you as far as being from Albany, GA, loving foods, and wanting to be healthy at my own pace in my own way. Finally, the foods I would love to eat that will help me lose weight from 3 children. So, thank you for letting us go on you with your journey.

    I just started watching your channel and I can't get enough of your recipes, my husband loves southern meals and he teases me and says, did his mom come over and cook lol. So your recipes are the bomb and I enjoy watching you, plus you are so funny. I enjoy cooking again thanks to you!

    If I had the time and the knowledge to make all of those foods then weight loss would be easy for me. All those foods you showed looks good and I definitely could survive off of those for a lifetime.

    Where did u get your recipes from. I am ready to start losing weight but knowing what to eat is one of my biggest problems. what is some things that kept u motivated? That's another weakness also.
