    smoothie, add spinach or kale, you can’t taste it at all and it’s SOO good

    Hey Donal! I got a Ninja Professional Blender for Christmas and I tried
    your frozen mixed berry smoothie Sunday morning. It was delicious!! I left
    out the chia seeds but did include the oats. I’m seriously thinking about
    making another one tonight. Haven’t decided if I want to venture into the
    kale one yet.

    Banana is good for helping your body return your saliva pH level back to
    neutral after those acidic bits and Bob’s! In turn helping prevent acid
    erosion! :-)

    One of my favorite smoothie recipes is rolled oats, strawberries, yogurt,
    and rice milk. Tastes like oatmeal with strawberries and cream. :)

    Being a virgin smoothie maker I have a daft question – If I am using fresh
    fruit do I need to use ice? Do I also need almond milk?

    I just want to make a nice healthy smoothie but with fresh not frozen
    fruit. Im so confused and I am guessing its not rocket science!

    You should try, apple juice, brown pear ( because its sweeter), kiwi and
    banana smoothie.
