My Favorite (Weight Loss) Smoothie!

EDIT: There are many comments discussing this smoothie and if it is healthy or not. I am personally appalled by this, not because I am ignorant, but by what the world and views on health are coming to. Since when is fruit regarded as an unhealthy choice? I lose weight drinking this, and ever since i’ve started incorporating smoothies into my diet, I am much more “regular” and I feel much better. I’ve never met one person who has gained weight eating fruits and vegetables in moderation. You need fruits & there’s a difference between good sugars/carbs/fats and bad sugars/carbs/fats. The yogurt I typically eat is low in sugar and freshly squeezed juice has vitamins that you need. I do sometimes add spinach/kale to my smoothies, but lately i’ve been enjoying this smoothie & losing weight. I personally prefer this smoothie to a creamier smoothie with milk or peanut butter, ect. It makes me feel better. It is reccomended that people consume enough fruits & vegetables for themselves. As I quote from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, “Compared to people who eat only small amounts of fruits and vegetables, those who eat more generous amounts—as part of a healthy diet—are likely to have reduced risk of chronic diseases. These diseases include stroke, type 2 diabetes, some types of cancer, and perhaps heart disease.”

PS: I am not a registered dietician and i’m not guaranteeing drinking/making this smoothie will result in weightloss. This is a healthy breakfast/snack that I enjoy & have been asked to share 🙂

    Anyone tried the Fenoboci Diet plan?I have heard some great things about it and my cooworker lost a ton of weight with it.

    Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I must have tested every fat reduction program that was available, however eventually not one of them helped me to shed and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Fenoboci Diet Plan mainly because my friend who told me great things about it and so far to date I've effectively lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks!

    Those blenders do as good of job as the most expensive ones for smoothies as long as you have ice or frozen fruit like you have in your recipe.

    It still surprises me, just how many people do not know about Fenoboci Diet Plan, although lots of people get great results because of it. Thanks to my cooworker who told me about Fenoboci Diet Plan, I have lost a lot of weight with it without starving myself.

    Diet Plan known as Fenoboci Diet Plan kept appearing here on many videos and I thought they were scams. However after my mate follow it, and finally lost a ton of weight with it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. Do not take my word for it, search for Fenoboci Diet Plan on the internet.

    It's impossible to lose weight without risk without having workout correctly and control the eating habits. Drugs & pills includes harmful side-effects.

    I absolutely love putting oranges, mangoes, strawberries and bananas in, and even apples sometimes… but lately I've been trying out smoothies with spinach and omg it's so amazing!!!

    I typically don't put ice because it kind of waters down the flavor, instead, I cut up the fresh fruit and freeze it prior to making the smoothie. I'll use the frozen fruits as the "ice" to make it nice, cold, and creamy. I use fresh squeezed orange juice (from a tree), strawberries, bananas, grapes, and a lot of other berries. It's so good and proved to be working!

    My favorite breakfasts are protein shake (Beverly cookies n' crème protein, light almond milk, water, spoonful of regular or decaf instant coffee and a capful of sugarfree vanilla syrup), or oatmeal and blueberries, or turkey sausage, egg whites, & cheese on sandwich thins, or avocado & boiled eggs on sandwich thins (recipe from Joanna Soh on YT), but I need to try more smoothies!  I want to get a Vitamix blender, that's going to be one of my diet rewards!
