hi Laura, i tried this recipie. I made the butterscotch myself using ur recipe for it and used it. I put it for 20 minutes in a preheated oven and after flipping it upside down it was under-cooked?? what do u think i should do, put it more in the oven? or add more flour coz i actually have more of the mixture, i only tried one ramekin yesterday? Any help here?
