500g Beef (cut into chunks)
200g Button Mushrooms
1 Small Brown Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil
3 Sheets of Frozen Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (thawed)
1 Egg (lightly beaten)

Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes

    I find wonton wrappers tend to get a little too crisp when baked, so I recommend using puff pastry 😉
