    When I made these mine are very crumbly and hers don’t seem to be that way

    I made these and they were delicious, but I added 1/2 cup of maple syrup,
    and around 1/4 cup of sugar. Then I melted the butter and maple, and
    brushed it on top of the muffins instead. They were amazing!

    Laura how much white vinegar or lemon juice would you typically add to the
    whole milk( to replace the butter milk) in this recipe.
