    just made this after seeing your video ! was delicious 🙂 added a dollop of homemade date paste on top and it was the most perfect dessert ! thx !

    U don't use milk because she is on a vegan diet for ten days and vegans like me don't drink Any thing from an animal nor eat anything at all bc it makes no to me in my personal opinion but like I said its my lifestyle and u can use milk bit idk why u would make it higher in fat, banana ice cream is a healthier version of ice cream u buy at the store hope I helped

    Thank you so much for sharing. I didn't have to use water though. If just a few of the banana are starting to defrost it takes care of the use of water.

    I just stopped your video half way through and made the ice cream with my new Vitamix and I tell you – I was missing out – it's so smooth and creamy.  I added Rum extract to it and OMG.  I think vanilla extract will work too.  Thanks so much!  New subscriber!

    This is a LIFESAVER for people on diets who have a sweet tooth! Seriously, this will feel like eating ice cream, and bananas are calorie-dense and a bit "starchy," so it will fill you up too. My only "???" with this video is the amount of "ice cream" she is eating while dieting. As I said, bananas are VERY calorie dense foods (1 medium sized banana has over 100 calories). Her serving I would estimate at around 350-400 calories. So…know that before you go giving yourself a big ol' serving.

    Banana cream!!! YUM!!! I have a video of the first time I tried blending up a frozen banana because my friend Daniel Baldwin told me to. lol I guess because I had so much toxicity in my body I didn't like it at all. But it made for a funny assed video.

    How does the ninja blender work for banana ice cream? I follow 80/10/10 and I make banana ice cream all the time. I just broke my kitchen aid blender making ice cream and I need a new one.

    Sometimes when I crave ice cream for a quick fix I will just eat the whole frozen banana (not blended) and when I crave sugary sorbet I eat red frozen grapes. It really helps and you feel good about what you ate. ^_^
