    this is a shortbread cookie dough basically,just with regular sugar instead of powdered sugar

    I've always wondered, what difference does it make to the batter when you use "unsalted butter + a pinch of salt" and "salted butter"?

    You didn't say how much sugar to put in the mixing thing and shame on you will because you didn't really you know ad or say how much sugar to put in so I don't really understand how much like if I'm going to make it I don't I won't understand how much sugar to put in the bowl I just don't get that

    SHE NEVER PUTS IN THE AMOUNT OF THE INGREDIENTS. SHE WANTS YOU TO GO ON HER SITE AND EVEN THEN SHE DOESN'T ALWAYS GIVE THE EXACT INGREDIENTS.  SHAME ON HER…………SIGN ME DISGUSTED.

    I did everything by the measurements yet the dough was sooo crumbly.. it didnt want to stick together and was breaking when I tried rolling it.
    Anyone knows whats up? :/

    Hey Laura 🙂  I love your recipes but everytime i try to make one i have to convert the measurements and there is always something that goes wrong. It would be great if you could put the measurements in grams. Happy Valentines Day 🙂

    I don't think that that would taste good. I'm czech and we make these cookies every christmas. When you put jam in it ( redcurrant is the best for this) and wait for a day or so the cookies get softer and taste awesome. I'm not sure nutella would do that and it would probably be way too sweet.
