I've probably watched almost every single video of yours ! (: it's just so interesting ! The only thing that really reall bothers me is the extra you waste in your bowls and whatnot ! You always say you want everything out but yu don't try to get it out & you just waste ! Anyway carry on (:

Is granulated sugar the same as confection sugar I only see she added in the list confection sugar?

Next time u should put whipped cream on top of the strawberrys and drizzle some of the jam on top?

    May 25, 2016 at 3:23 am

This would look nice if the strawberry a we're sliced and were overlaying eachother with the jam drizzled over the top..

my tart just fell apart even after keeping it in the fridge for overnight im really sad about it 🙁 guys if your trying out this recipe i would suggest u leaving out the cream i guess that made my filling runny

I made this over Thanksgiving and I followed the recipe exactly. I also made Laura's lemon curd. But, unfortunately, it turned so sweet that my family could not even eat it. 🙁 Maybe there is a mistake in that recipe.

I made this from a scratch, meaning I made the Lemon Curd first and then Cracker base and then mixed all together and made Lemon Curd Tart. Unfortunately it was extremely sweet. Even my guests couldn't really eat it. I used everything as in recipes. It was weird for me that all of them use so much sugar but I sticked to the recipes. I've noticed it's like this with a lot of Laura's recipies…

I'm so lazy! I am going to make this, but I was thinking "I will just put all the strawberries in the dish with the jam, saves me the brushing".

I made this tart and left it in the fridge for the whole day and it still hasn't set.. I think it may be because of the strawberries because I cut the strawberries and spread it all over the tart. And there's some excess water floating on top of the tart. Not sure if it's because of the strawberries or not. Someone help!
