I made these..used a bit less whip cream (by accident so they were extra limey.) and they were yummy. We had some after 7 hrs… they were frozen but thawed quickly so overnight in freezer is best. Very yummy. Thank you Laura!!

You will need:
1 2/3 cup of Heavy Cream
1/3 cup of Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
Zest of 1 Lime
2/3 cup of Powdered Sugar

I'm from Singapore and i can't seem to find any graham crackers here! We do have Digestives though which i normally use for cheesecake base after blending them up. However, I'm not that keen on using Digestives for this recipe because not only is it circular, it's also very thick. It also doesn't seem to taste as 'light' and crisp as Graham crackers. Anyone knows of a replacement for Graham crackers that would be good for this recipe?

Laura, you need to know that for the past 2 years I have been making your dessert recipes on almost a weekly bases on Saturdays for a soup kitchen (Beamsville Ontario Canada) Today I made this recipe and it was a hit (again) I have neen recommending your chanel to the guests that come out to the soup kitchen. My neighbor has a key lime tree – gives me a bag full anytime I ask…. used them to make this dessert and it was fabulous! So easy and fun to do! Delicious treat
