    tumeric 
    corriander

    Just as well with my videos as you always hear that at the end. Quite a number of people say they like the sound of eating. I also get a good number saying they don't enjoy that bit, so I guess I can't win them all!

    Try with chicken maybe you would prefer that.
    It was not dry, but what you could try is adding slightly more water to make the dish slightly moister 🙂

    Great return to form!

    I do agree, though, that it is more north African than Indian. Try substituting ras-el-hanout for the garam masala and you'd be all the way to N. Africa.

    But I'm glad to see you keeping up your signature trick of using pans that are far too small for the task in hand! 🙂
