Eggs, milk, ham, cheese, onion and flour are combined in a pie plate and bake to create a delicious, golden meal that the whole family will enjoy. Serve hot or cold with a side salad. INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

4 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups of Milk
1 1/2 Cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese
150g Shaved Ham (shredded)
1/2 Cup of Self Raising Flour
1 Brown Onion (diced)
Salt and Pepper (to season)

Preparation Time: About 5 mins
Cooking Time: About 45 minutes

Serves 4 – 6

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
(Look up Google for a conversion chart if using Imperial)

    shit, that is easy ..i love quiche and thought it was a complex dish,, but my question is do i have to add flour? what difference does it make.?   thanks

    I know things about this dish that David (The One Pot Chef) doesn't!  For example, I bet he doesn't know what happens if you don't read or listen to the recipe properly and add three times the amount of self raising floor… oops! hahaha

    Actually it turned out not too bad, but rather like me, it was a little "rounder" than was good for it!  LOL
