    Larry, I love egg rolls and that you made it look so easy but why is it called an egg roll? Does the wrapper contain  egg? Thanks for sharing.

    Excellent idea, Wolfie! The best of two worlds! <lol> 🙂 I think it's a great idea to bake in the oven vs fat frying, but that's just my two cents . . . Thanks and thumbs up as always, your relatively chilly buddy, Norfolk Joe 🙂

    I just made these, I did them pretty much as you did only i add sloppy joe sauce to the ground beef and dropped them into my deep fryer

    Frying them adds all that oil, even though it tastes amazing, it's not good for you. I will be baking mine from now on. Also, I usually wet the 2 upper angles to insure a good seal when rolling. Nicely done Larry!!

    How can this NOT be heavenly? Eggrolls AND bacon cheeseburgers? I've gotta make some! Just stocked in 10 pounds of 80/20, BUT I just threw out the last of some wraps that had gotten too old. New ones are already on the grocery list.

    I've always deep fried them, but I thought the baking looked interesting. But they didn't turn out as tasty as fried?

    Who cares what we put into cans?! Let's put it into an eggroll, whatever it is. I love that idea! I agree, deep fried is the best way. "Baked" sounds good, looks good, feels good…but isn't as good as fried. Great idea!

    I went to Costco today and got stuck buying 88/12 ground beef; that is all they had. I was bummed.

    Killer idea for egg roll wraps Larry! I love things like this, and totally agree with you about deep frying them. I love the blistered golden look of a fried egg roll and the texture. I've seriously been thinking of trying to do a boudin egg roll and see how it goes. You have awesome ideas, and great videos Larry! Keep it up brother!
