When I make snicker doodles, I make them like this:
Mix dry ingredients together(3cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt) then mix in separate bowl 2 cups of butter and 1 1/2 cup sugar. Mix until creamy. Then add in 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 egg. Then mix all of that till combined. After that slowly add the dry ingredients mixing in between. After you've got your dough, get 1/4 of a cup measurement and cover the balls in cinnamon sugar. then out on parchment paper and put those in the oven at 350°f for 12-15 min (depending on your oven) ( also helps if you have a convection oven)
They come out so good! They are soft, chewy, and thick. These are for people who like soft cookies and not crunchy cookies ( they are way chewier then the girls in the vid) they shouldn't crunch!

Why can't you just add the measurements in your video? You should make it easier for your viewers not harder.
