    I really enjoyed this video because you made it very clear and funny. Unfortunately, I live in Chile and here (for some reason) supermarkets don't sell Buttermilk… Do you know how I could make it? Or can I use another ingredient instead of buttermilk?

    Can I use vegetable oil instead of butter or can i use half of both? I really don't like to use butter only because it makes the cakes dense and after keeping them in the fridge, the cakes get hard as well (because obviously butter in the fridge turns solid).
