    Looks good but not the real poutine gravy never contains water . Straight up beef broth for all the flavors (and other ingredients) ;)

    Oh my god this looked amazing.

    Quick question – did you put the plate under a grill to melt the cheese (at the end) or was that just the curds naturally melted?

    My mother lives in Canada and when I visit you can get poutine everywhere. Even at KFC believe it or not. Also, at least where my mom is, you can get french fries at Taco Bell. Cheers

    Very nice! Is this normal served on wedge size fries or just because you are grilling? Also where do you find cheese curds at, I have never seen any at my local grocery!

    Wow I'm surprised at the comments.  Few have heard about Poutine.  Bacon, peameal, foie gras, duck fat poutine…lots of variations.
