    way better than a lot of other recipes I've tried and I've tried a lot of chocolate chip muffins that weren't so good, but this one is yummy soft moist, still good the next day and cold, the chocolate chip quality helps too.

    If you don't have sour cream use yogurt or add few drops of lemon juice to milk or any vegan milk, let sit 10 mins…. You have buttermilk substitute.Use as sour cream.Only for baking. Works fine!

    Used EnerG egg replacer and made it vegan!they are awesome! Melt in your mouth! I wanted a dome on top, so I baked @425F for first 5 mins and 400f for 8 minutes. Thank you so much for the recipe!

    Is the blueberry one better it the chocolate chip one? The recipe look so different.. I am gonna make a plain one anyway.. So I want a good moist and soft base.

    OMG I just made these and they turned out BEAUTIFUL!!! They were so moist! Tbh I was a little unsure about adding sour cream but it really did make a difference! This is for sure is my go too muffin recipe!

    Laura, I wanted to say THANK YOU for the little notes that you leave at the end of some recipes on your website. Every time I print out a recipe and get to the end of making it, I read the little P.S. and it always feels as if though you were right there baking with me. I guess that's why those recipes always turn out perfect;) thank you!
