How to make Chocolate Yogurt Cake – Quick, Easy and Healthy Recipe

This recipe was inspired by a rich, moist, chocolate cake I tasted in Greece; no butter is used here. The yogurt gives a soft, velvet texture to the cake while giving the recipe a healthier spin!
If calories aren’t of concern then go ahead and top it off with a coat of chocolate ganache!

Healthy? You can't be serious with that amount of processed white sugar and white wheat flour AND vegetable oil! Tasty and quick maybe but most definitely not healthy.

Hi Sneha, thanks for the feedback – sorry to hear it was slightly tasteless to you. Try adding a pinch of salt, varying up the type of cocoa, or using melted butter instead – these could help give it more flavour. And yes vanilla extract will help as well (I just prefer not to use extracts in my recipes but of course it will give more fragrance and flavour if you prefer). Good luck!
