    This is by far the BEST chocolate cake/cupcake recipe I've ever tried!! I didn't have buttermilk so I added 2 tablespoons of vinegar to milk and it worked out just fine. Let me tell you! The cupcakes rose beautifully in the oven. I decided to leave a few covered right in the cupcake pan for a few days. It's been 5 days and they have stayed exactly the same. Nice and soft. They do not go hard after days. They still taste amazing.
    This recipe gives you cupcakes as soft as those made from a box of cake mix.

    yea, it's super easy to make buttermilk, just add yoghurt and water and mix. Tada! Buttermilk

    Made these cupcakes yesterday. They turned out to be super light and fluffy and fantastic!
    We don't get buttermilk in Sri Lanka so I used regular full cream milk. Probably buttermilk would have given a richer and more dense texture but this was fantastic too!
    Didn't make this frosting as I had some other frosting I already made. Next time will definitely make the frosting as well!

    Hi… I dont own an oven.. Is it possible to bake d cupcakes in a pressure cooker in d traditional way.. Coz last tym i used a pressure cooker to prepare a choco cake and it came out really well..

    I made these today and omg they are truly the best chocolate cupcakes ever. Since I didn't have expreso I used cinnamon and topped them of with cream cheese frosting ahh heaven! Thanks so much for the recipe I've made your vanilla cupcakes aswell very good but these are my favorite. You are the best! :*
