Looks great! I just happen to have enough bourbon in my cabinet to make this. I'm smoking up 8lbs of wings on my Weber for me and my coworkers for our Christmas potluck on Tuesday. Kinda doing a half and half. The other 4 lbs are going to be the traditional wing sauce made with Frank's. I needed another one that wasn't packing heat for those who may not like heat.

Could I leave the wings marinated in the sauce over night? Then take them out the next day grill them and re apply the marinade after the first 20 mins, like in the video?

Ive worked at wingstop for more than 5 plus years and the best way to cook wings is by deep frying them the crispy skin soaks in all the flavor and gives it extra texture.
