I made this tonight and it is seriously the best banana bread I've ever had. My boyfriend is going back for thirds as I type this. I followed the recipe exactly, my only issue is that when I put a tooth pick in at the 50 min mark, it came out clean so I took it out but when I cut into it, the top center was still raw. I put it back in for another 15 min, checking occasionally and the tooth pick always came out clean. I eventually took it out and just scraped out the small remaining raw bits. It's still amazing but does anyone know why it would do that or another way I can tell that it's done besides the tooth pick? Thanks!

You should put the direct link of the recipe on your web site on the description box, it took me a while finding it on the website.

Made yesterday, used 3 large bananas instead of 4, and added chopped walnuts. 24 hours later it's all gone! Very easy to make. I followed the directions and turned out the most delicious (and beautiful) bread I could've hoped for!

Laura I am just wondering; how much mills (ml) is one butter stick because I live in Canada and we do not have the ones you use we have big butter sticks bigger that the one you usually use in you videos. So I am just wondering because my brother want banana bread but I do not know how much butter to use.

I made this and I just had 3 bananas, and I reduced the measurements accordingly and its so delicious. I did not have vanilla essence and don't like cinnamon. I left out these ingredients and it was still soo delicious. Loved the easy peasy recipe.

I made mine with only half a cup of brown sugar and a quarter cup regular sugar and it was delicious as well as moist and surprisingly fluffy. No nuts for us, my daughter has a sensitivity to tree nuts, but with all that flavor nobody missed the nuts at all!
