I love sweet bagels. My fave is from a local place that makes a chocolate chip one. How would I boil it with the chocolate chips. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Love this video

When I made these last week the only bread flour I had on hand was a Whole Wheat Bread Flour. Being not a big fan of WW, I cut the bread flour with AP flour. (2 c. WW & 1 1/2 c. AP) They came out great. The next time I make them I'm going to buy some White Bread Flour. Laura, what brand of bread flour do you use?

OK I have a question…I made these bagels and the dough was very very sticky to the point that holding the dough it's stuck all over my hands. there was no way to roll them without adding a little flour in which case then they didn't roll properly (as you said that) my question is 3 1/2 cups of bread flour is what I used should I have added a little more flour?

Hi Laura! What I can substitute the egg with in baking recipes? Also, what can be the substitute of egg wash? Can I use milk instead of egg wash? I am a vegetarian and in India egg substitutes are not easily available.
