How much Chia seeds do you need?

I like to add bee pollen which is a super food. I thought that chia has to soak in liquid before you ingest it so they get gelatinous which is another benefit of chia

I freeze my fruit including the grapes, stops them from going off.. I like ice though as it adds a little moisture. Yummy

I like it but you can just put the green apple and pear in freezer for awhile and forget the ice. And just toss out the stem of the apple and pear, they are unnecessary and that's just stupid. You can also precut your apple and pear put them in a zip lock bag and freeze until tomorrow.

how are apples sugar free 🙂 There are about 17 net grams of fruit sugar in a medium apple. Yes it is different then refined sugar but still … Apple is one of the fruits along with strawberries and cantaloupe that won't give you those sugar spikes like most other fruits does. Great video anyway

Hey Tommy: i am a previous anemic & I just wondered if raw spinach & leafy greens (combined with fruit – to increase absorption) will give me enough iron to not end up with low iron levels again? Have you had any problems with anemia? :)

What vegies or fruits would u recommend for aiding digestion? So my stomach can absorbe nutitients trough out day better. I often have bloating and stool is not comming out in a solid form.
I ve changed my diet, but still not sure what vegies and fruits are really helping?
I don t think to much fiber is good for me, my metabolisim is very fast it s just it does not absorb food very well? What foods should I look for??
    Thank you

Tommy, great videos.  I've been using my Vitamix since the first of the year to create healthy green smoothies following your recipes and creating some of my own through trial and error.  I've already lost 13.8 lbs, but need to lose MUCH more.  I thought I'd feel weak and lethargic, but I feel great.  I've recently started to re-introduce whole foods to my diet but I'm avoiding potatoes, breads, and pastas for now.  Your recipes will certainly help to keep me on track.  Thanks!

    Hi Yulie,
We are saying that apple contains no processed sugars. Most fruits contain a small amount of natural sugars which make them a great natural sweetener. Have a great day!

It is true that once your body gets the vitamins and minerals it need you lose the toxic waste, i lost 22 pds from only green smoothies and chia seed….your body needs to self repair and when it does you drop the fat.
