Green smoothies are incredibly healthy, delicious, quick and easy to make. A typical recipe contains at least 2 — 4 servings of vegetables and fruits, so it’s a great way to pack more vegetables and fruits into your diet.

    You have to drink it after workout? Or before?

    Your smoothie is Very good. I have come down with some kind of bug and just wanted something simple and nutritious.     This guideline was so helpful! I put one cup baby spinach, one cup water, one cup frozen strawberries, one cup apples and two and one half teaspoons chia seeds. It's so good! I haven't been able to find a smoothie I really like. This one is defiantly my favorite.

    Oh my GOODNESS! I am sooooo making this! I got all the stuff for it. I don't have the ingredients you used, but I think I'll use
    spinach, bananna's, apples or oranges, green tea, and flax seeds. SO excited!

    Please clear my doubts!Can we have a green smoothie at night as a light dinner?Would it be filling enough?And would it leave you all energized and so we would have to sleep late till our energy levels go down?

    omg I have had all these ingredients all summer n never even had 1 green smoothie.! I made a green smoothie this morning and it was awesome. I wont add purple raspberries again. made my green smoothie dark. I want a bright green one. thx for posting.
     this really gave me energy n i only had 1 cup (measured) n i felt satisfied,not full n bloated. It help me do all 10 excercises too. the other 1 cp. is in the fridge for dinner.:)

    Do you have to drink it right away? I used to make about 3 glasses and keep in refrigerator. Take 1 a day.

    DO NOT ADD BLUEBERRIES they made my ''green'' smoothie into a ''purple'' smoothie. it was delicious though.

    i really like listening to joanna's advice on meals and fitness because her voice and presentation is so easy-going, it instantly motivates me when i want to work out.
