    Do you have to beat the egg? Would it be okay if you made it more like a fried egg dish or steamed eggs?

    I'll be honest…I am italian and I have never ever seen one made in this way…in the oven…really? and parmesan cut that thick? I am sorry but this is so much italian american stuff… thanks for the effort though

    Personally I would have made it a lot deeper, more to the extent of a pie thickness…….this is just resembling an omelet in my eyes. Just saying…

    Hi Laura, i don't get the "under the boiler" part. I have an electric boiler and unlike yours it is not constructed on the oven. Though there is a drawer under my boiler should I just put it in there? Thanks for the video,mu are great
