You can add some vegies such as black olives, mushrooms or fresh peppers & onions and swich up the cheese with provalone, motzarella or any mix of cheeses.

Digger, keep up the good Foodie Work from the Great Wight North (Canada) and all of us Canucks! There might also be a Kiwi or to that likes this as well, but there wierd!

Love that ending! Your laugh is to die for, especially at the hot Italian reference!
So, lots of Brownie points, David!!
I home school my two youngest ( 12 and 13 ) and on days where we just don't feel like studying and would rather be in the kitchen instead we watch you.
In fact, you have inspired my sons to come up with some amazing recipes of their own.
Plus, put a couple of twists on your recipes ( especially since my 13 yr old and I are vegetarian ).
I really do have to thank you….:-)

When I saw "Hot Italian Sandwiches" on the suggested videos page, I told myself "don't go there". I went there.
Awe-some sandwiches, of course. Thank you!
(ps… a couple tablespoons (or 4 or 5) of olive salad (green & black olives chopped with a little olive oil) transforms those into quickie muffalettas)
