    We get fresh cream here in India which is 25% fat, can i use that in the recipe instead of heavy cream or I'll need to add something extra, like butter?

    i made it..first time making ice cream and it is absolutely PERFECT!!another favourite Laura's recipe is the chunky peanutbutter choc chip cookies..seriously EVERYONE loves them!!!!!!
