+Pi Kassahun Thank you Pi! I do plan on doing another crab boil this summer, sooner than later. Here's one I did last year with different seafood. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_dNslGf73g Larry

Making this right now. Sadly I didn't realize my sour cream was rancid so I left it out and added mozzie and green onion (it was starting to wilt and I didn't want it going to waste) Hope it still comes out good though.

This sounds great, my family has never had dips or appetizers ever and I wish I could change their attitude about things like this.

Another great and fantastic recipe, Larry! Looks perfect , ad certainly one of my all-time favorite dips. You did it right! Wish this new google plus system allowed us to do a video response too, 'cause I'd share a video with you of my mom's hot artichoke dip I know you'd love. Made it last year sometime. Anyway, you have the technique down pat and made a pie load big enough to share…..maybe 🙂 I could eat it all!

Damn Larry! We love art spin dip over here! I need to try making it with fresh spinach like you did. We usually use the frozen chopped stuff. Great job. By the way, nice dipping technique…the sign of a true pro. A rookie would have broke the chip in half lol

WOWZERS!! That's just astounding, Larry! I could pile that on a kaiser roll and make it lunch. Or lift out a big slab and call it dinner. What a combination! Ima makin' a batch of it as soon as I restock on spinach.

Yeah, um…I'm going to have to ask you to step back from the dip. It looks poisonous. Better let me try it first to make sure. Yep, pretty sure this is poisonous! I'll be happy to dispose of it for you. 😉 BTW, my mouth is watering thinking about it! :-)

Does any one of these ingredients create the overwhelming flavor of the dip? Specifically, the cream cheese? My taste buds refuse to enjoy cream cheese unless it's utterly undetectable in a dish.
