    Made it this morning gluten free just with gluten free flour for a baby shower the mom is gluten free

    made this today for thanksgiving, I used canned peaches but I drained them before I cooked, and self rising flour because that was what I had on hand, and it came out delicious!

    Turned out perfect!!! I didn't cook the fresh peaches but just coated them with sugar, cinnamon and lemon and kept aside for a while.

    I am from Turkey and we don't use any of the measurements used in America. But I have a precision scale and I converted EVERYTHING to grams haha, also used my experience of course. The cobbler is now is in the oven (which is kind of broken) and looking great already. I just wanted to say you're such a good cook&person and you inspired me very much. thank you Laura. oh btw, did I mention that I subscribed :3
