Made this recipe yesterday!! Turned out the right consistency this morning after freezing and stirring it because I don't have an ice cream machine x love this recipe, the only thing is its very very sweet, maybe less sugar would be better x

Just made this, and it tasted AMAZING! Everyone in my family said it was too sour, but I loved it! It was the equal balance of sweet, sour, tangy and bitterness! I will try your mango sorbet next!

For all those who do not have an ice cream maker, you can try this: put it in a container and sick it in the freezer. Every 15 mins, take it out and whisk it well. Then, stick it back in until the next 15 mins where you need to take it out to stir. Repeat until it is fully set. (She says this in future videos so hopefully it applies to this recipe. Also, the texture will not be the same so don't expect perfect results with this method.) ๐Ÿ™‚

    NO ICE CREAM MAKER!

  23. Erin V

    January 23, 2018 at 1:06 am

Going to do this tomorrow probably ๐Ÿ™‚ Also, A TIP: If you want your sorbet to be a little less stiff and softer, put about 2-3 teaspoons of a neutral alcohol, such as vodka, into your mixture. Then churn.
