Thanks for all your videos. How can I make these crunchy? I figured cooking them longer would just burn them. Any suggestions?

can you recommend a good brand of parchment paper please? I've tried twice, it's delicious but always sticks! 🙁
I guess I'm either doing something wrong or I'm using a bad paper.
Thank you!

Hi Laura I love your videos but I'm so disappointed in this recipe as 350 degrees for granola is just totally wrong and when I made them I checked the granola after 15 mins and they were black and burnt. So disappointed in this recipe!

So glad to see a REAL recipe here, with real ingredients, full fat of butter and all. 😀 I am not fond of the non-gluten, low fat and lactose-free recipes. I prefer traditional ingredients, no substitutes. Thanks for your wonderful videos!

These are in the oven. I substituted coconut oil for the butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips for the dried fruit. The mixture smelled divine.
