Ingredients:
2/3 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup of Unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
1-1/4 cup of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup of Boiling Water
4 Eggs, Separated
1 tsp of Instant Espresso Powder
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

    You could even add 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract

    I tried to make this, but the texture was very runny. Almost like a pudding. I am not sure what went wrong, but I heated some water, and then added the chocolate, butter and the entire egg to it. Is that the issue here?

    The recipe on the website doesn't appear to match the quantities shown on the video….1/4 cup butter (not 1/4 lb?), 1/4 cup boiling water???

    thanks so much!!!!!! I tried making one before and left a weird egg bottom gelly like and I think I didn't have done it right. so glad to know there's other ones out there!!!

    To those who are asking if they can use blender, or what if they don't have food processor or blender: JUST DO IT BY HAND. I did the food processor part ghetto style coz I was too lazy to clean up my food processor so I just used a bowl and a spoon and mixed vigorously. Turned out just fine. Just make sure at least most of your sugar has melted before pouring it onto the egg whites. Oh and I didn't have butter so I just used vegetable oil and it's still turned out fine.

    something in this recipe isn't working! i made it and it was way too liquid, some of it came out of the mould whilst baking and the rest was in the pan with a texture like flan! it was a disaster!! 😮 :/
    i bake all the time, have made so many flourless cakes and wanted to try laura's recipe and it was a complete mess 🙁 i'm so disappointed..

    And she is showing this flour less cake recipe for people who liss for chocolate cake and they do not hv flour they hv to but it so they can make this and it's easy by the way so great
