    i dont like it when im seeing a cooking recipe on youtube but they dont taste it so i dont really see the texture or how it tastes to them……. i dont have that problem with this video but i just wanted to point that out

    There's always a big taste battle between fudgy chewy or cakey brownies, but I always love chewy ones with a crispy top. Fudgy ones taste too much like fudge and cakey ones are more like choc cake, so a true brownie must be the in between – chewy!

    I love that you say the temperature of the oven before you bake anything. Because sometimes people will say the temperature after they've made the batter. Then you have to look forward in the video before you can make the batter. I love your recipes and videos.
