As delicious as this was, they kinda made me constipated…which is upsetting because I would love to throw this in the weekly breakfast rotation. I duno why, cuz no food ever does that to me, and with the oat flour you would think that would be more than enough fiber, but I duno. And for anyone who wants an idea of what these taste like, its similar to thanksgiving stuffing with bacon and cheese in it. Also for people who cant find oat flour or wanna save money, just toss regular plain oatmeal in a blender and voila. I used a nutri-ninja to make the flour.

+FitMenCook – I'm using your app and want to make these muffins as they look amazing. Problem is we are from England and our supermarkets suck balls and don't stock oat flour, what is the best replacement for this? (I'm guessing this will be the same for a lot of the recipes)

I saw on Face Book someone suggested putting whole rolled oats in a blender to make the oat flour. How much would I use if making my own flour and what size muffin tin are you using?

This might sound weird but can you freeze these? Do a big prep on Sunday and eat them all week?

Hi! I like the recipes you make and how they are high in protein. I've been trying to lose weight for a while now, but it hard for me to get enough protein with out all of the fat that come in meat.

I was just wondering if you have come across any recipes for turkey sausage? Let me know! Keep up the good work!

These look so amazing… We dont have many turkey products in South Africa. What else can I substitute the turkey with? Chopped Chicken or regular bacon without the fat? really want to try these
