Healthy Snack Ideas for Weight Loss! | Melanie Murphy



Watch for some great healthy snack ideas, perfect to take with your lunch to school or university, to help you shape-up and lose fat, or simply to stay HEALTHY!

These are just some of the things I ate when I was losing 4 stone (50lbs) and which I still eat to this day (because I LOVE them all!)…you can pretty much eat an unlimited amount of this stuff as your appetite will adjust & you will learn to naturally regulate the quantities of food you eat at each mini-meal, due to the protein/fibre and vitamin/mineral content! No counting calories or measuring requred ­čÖé

I am not a nutritionist or a doctor, just sharing tips from experience & my own research!

    Its still shock me just how lots of people have no clue about Fenoboci Diet Plan (do a google search) even though lots of people lost tons of weight using it. Thanks to my personal pal who told me about this. I have lost crazy amounts of weight.┬á´╗┐

    STAY AWAY FROM BREAD, it gets you bloated and prevents you from getting rid of that 'muffin area' around the hips. One piece of white bread can contain from 85-130 calories (from the shop), and it isn't generally good for you. If you are gonna eat bread i would advice making RYE bread and making it yourself – 1 slice (7g) is only 18 calories and it is much, much more healthier and better in taste, plus, it's a good source of fibre.´╗┐
