Healthy Protein Shakes For Weight Loss



*Note: This is a DAIRY-FREE shake. I used egg whites as my protein source and they are safe to throw into your shake as long as they are pasteurized!

*You can use this protein and fiber packed smoothie as a meal replacement for breakfast, lunch, dinner or for snacking in between! Just make sure you fit it in according to what your diet calls for calorie-wise, and with the proper timing according to your diet. That is why I used more egg whites in my shake and added a little more of every ingredient! Here’s the amount of egg whites I included and what the servings came out to be:

1 Serving of Eggs = 25 Calories, 5 grams protein, 75 mg potassium

3 Servings = 75 Calories, 15 grams protein, 225 mg potassium

*Tip: Axe the kale for a superfood that is green like spinach, parsley, broccoli, celery, avocado, to name a few.

*Tip: If you want to add dairy to your shake, axe the egg whites for a healthy protein like greek yogurt, or kefir.

Smoothie Ingredients:

1/2-1 Cup Fresh Kale Greens (fiber, calcium, protein)
1/2-1 Cup Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries (vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, fat-burning nutrients)
1-2-1 Cup Pineapple (vitamins, minerals, fat-burning nutrients)
1/2-1 TBSP Organic Coconut Oil (healthy saturated fats) (optional)
1 TSP 100% Natural Fiber Powder (for added fiber) (optional)
1 TSP Chia Seed (for added omegas) (optional)
3 Servings Egg Whites (protein)

    You just practically had uncooked egg-whites, the egg white you had might be processed n all but what if I or other people have it unprocessed(old school way) doesn't it has the risk of salmonella?

    Love this! Protein powder has so much crap in it but if I just eliminate it from my diet, I won't get enough protein. This is a perfect way to incorporate more superfoods and fruits and veggies! Thank you!! :)

    Diet Plan known as Fenoboci Diet Plan kept appearing here on a lot of videos and I thought they were scams. However after my cousin follow it, and finally lost a ton of weight by using it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. You should not take my own word for it, search for Fenoboci Diet Plan on the google search engine.

    Hey Brett I have a question. Is it ok to have frozen fruits more than fresh.. I just find that they are more convenient for me because I am on a fixed income. So was worm wrong if that's just as beneficial as fresh..

    I stumpeled across your channel about a month ago, and I loved this video SOOO much! I have had a lot of trouble with eating any kind of breakfast because I don't like eating in the morning… BUT then I saw this and it has literally changes my morning rutine completely! I LOVE THIS SMOOTHIE SO MUCH! I add extra plant based protein and some mango instead of pineapple and let me tell you, IT IS DELISIOUS! Thank you so much for this video!

    Weight loss green store tea has been my go to weight loss product every time I notice that my pants are getting tighter. I really have no time to go to the gym, so I use this to offset whatever extra calories I need to get rid off and it works really well for me. I take it for a month at a time and it helps me lose whatever I have gained.

    Brett I enjoyed your videos. thank you for sharing….I use instead of water I use organic milk 2% as protein powder why protein & glutamine. I do kickboxing & mountain bike. with this I can maintain muscle. see I am 53 yerars old.thank you again for your help.
