    Thanks for the recipe! I buy bananas in large quantities and freeze them the same way you did for the recipe, then bag them up in a gallon freezer bag. I can take out a handful and thaw a bit for cereal, as I need. I live alone and this way can buy enough to last until I shop again. Will definitely be trying this recipe!

    Wouldn't you get freezer burn if you left it in freezer over night?? Is 3 hrs long enough for freezing when all mixed together or did it take longer time??? Thx Shey

    If you kept blending the banana after the "dipping dots stage" you would end up with the creamy slightly whipped banana ice cream. I do this all the time and it is so creamy you think it's unhealthy but it's so so good!
