Man FitMenCook….like woah! I made this breakfast casserole last week and I LOVE this! It was fast and convenient to make and it was great that it shaved off time in the am so I didn't have to make breakfast. The food was great. Keep the recipes coming. I already downloaded your app! I am in love with this channel!

I think this will be great for me, because I like eggs and sweet potatoes, and also the meat is hidden at the bottom 🙂

    Hey Kevin,
I'm starting my journey into healthy eating, and I need some ideas on snacks. What kind of nuts and dried fruits do you
recommend? I find myself getting serious cravings in between meals, and I need something to curb those.
    Thanks

Do you reheat everything from your meal prep in the oven? I always wondered because I think those tins would be bad for the microwave.

Can the sweet potatoes be substituted with something else? cauliflower maybe? Or would that break the recipes balance?
