Ummm Larry I loves me some wings. Mind telling me what herbs and spices are in the rub, I'm thinking dill, cracked red and rosemarry for 3. I got a south west salt/spice mixture and I dearly love the flavors but its a bit salty for my taste. It has juniper berries in it that give a great flavor so I bought juniper berries and a grinder to get that extra kick without the sodium. Tell us your secrets Wizzard Lar.  ; o)

How do you like your Weber Jumbo Joe? I bought one several months ago and I like it a lot. I installed a thermometer on it and I've been using it for whole roasts, whole chickens, pork ribs, etc. I think it's a great little grill and I'm having a lot fun with it.

Now THAT is what I needed yesterday Larry!  ha  🙂  Oh, BTW I haven't sent you the peach wood for smoking yet, I'm going to but I hit a bit of a snag last week so hopefully should get it out to you sometime in the next week…  Great video brother.

I had to go buy some wings from a local restaurant but had I watched this…I'd have been making my own.

I think about the only thing he left out was the kitchen sink. Or zink as one coonass likes to call it.  LOL

When you rave, I pay attention, considering that my two all-time favorite rubs are yours. The wings look absolutely outstanding, except for those empty bones you waved at us. I went to the website and ordered some, and I also added some of their Jamaican Jerk rub. That looks really interesting!

Larry, the herbs do look tasty! Once plated up, the wings look fantastic! I just checked Knox Yummy Chicken on the web and found it immediately. I think I'll order it. You know exactly the technique for barbecuing them. Thanks for passing it along to us!  — John
